Musica Angelica Baroque Orchestra Hosts Community Concerts

(Long Beach, Calif.—April 1, 2024)—In addition to the many community outreach and educational activities Musica Angelica Baroque Orchestra brings to Long Beach, they have announced the last of the four free “Community Concerts” held in Long Beach Public Libraries this season.

Saturday, April 13, 2024  – Michelle Obama Library at 11:00 a.m. (5870 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach, CA 90805). Activities for children, teens, and adults as part of the presentation. Performance is followed with a question and answer period and ticket give aways.

 Featuring award-winning virtuoso violinist YuEun Gemma Kim. South Korean born, YuEun studied at USC under Midori and is considered one of the rising stars in the baroque and classical music world.  She recently received the Jeffrey Thomas Award from American Bach Soloists and as a core member of Delirium Musicum, she recorded their debut album “Seasons” under the label Warner Classics. In 2022. YuEun was named Artist-in-Residence at Musica Angelica Baroque Orchestra and this season, she will have appearances as a soloist with

The Chamber Orchestra at St. Matthew’s, Los Angeles Virtuosi Orchestra, American Bach Soloists, Musica Angelica

Baroque Orchestra, and will be touring in Europe and Asia.
